What happens during a proper service
During a service, we check the parts that have the biggest effect on airflow, cooling and efficiency. That includes cleaning or replacing air filters, inspecting the evaporator and condenser for blockages, and testing temperature differentials to make sure your system is doing its job. We also check for refrigerant leaks and top up where needed, because low refrigerant can leave you with weak cooling and higher running costs.

A new house, so we needed an update to date heating system.
